摘要
文章给出了一种基于帧内编码技术的实时视频压缩编码系统设计,通过对数字视频编码前分辨率、编码时帧频和压缩比的实时调整,实现具有良好抗传输丢包能力的实时低速率码流视频编码。实际系统性能验证表明,所给设计与其他现有编码技术系统相比在信道质量、带宽时变较大的无线传输应用中具有明显的优势。
A design of real-time video compression encoding system based on intra-frame encoding technique is presented. Real-time video encoding with low-rate bitstream and good ability of anti-transmission packet loss is achieved by the real-time adjustments of the digital video resolution before encoding and the frame rate and compression ratio during encoding. The performance verification of the actual system shows that compared with other existing encoding technical systems, the presented design has significant advantages in the wireless communication application as the channel quality and bandwidth vary greatly with time.
