摘要
介绍了目前螺纹管生产的现状,提出了一种螺纹管轧制新工艺,概述了新工艺的特点和成形原理,并对其变形过程进行有限元数值模拟和工业试验研究,验证新工艺的可行性。
The present production situation of screwed pipe was Introduced, a new process for screwed pipe rolling was put forward, the characteristics and forming principle of the new process was summarized. The deformation process by FE simulation and industrial experiment was researched, the new process feasibility was verifyied.
