摘要
针对研究履带车辆坡道转向力学特性的必要性和重要性;根据履带车辆转向的运动特点,对履带车辆坡道转向条件进行分析,建立了坡道转向动力学模型,推导出压力中心偏移量、接地面瞬时转向中心偏移量、转向阻力矩、转向所需的制动力和牵引力随着履带车辆方位角的变化关系。通过实例计算,分析了接地面瞬时转向中心偏移量和转向所需的制动力和牵引力的变化规律及不同转向半径和坡度对转向稳定性的影响,指出了导致履带车辆坡道转向的不稳定因素。
The necessity and important of studying the characteristics of ramp steering were described.According to the steering characteristics of tracked vehicle ,a dynamic model of steering was established based on the analysis of steering condition on ramp.The calculating formulas of the offset of pressure center,the offset of instantaneous turning center,steering required braking force and traction pull with the change of the vehicle azimuth were deduced.Based on the formulas ,the cause and rules of the offset of instantaneous turning center and tractive pull needed were analyzed.Meanwhile ,the effects of different turning radius and the degree of slope upon steering stability were researched,in which the factors of causing steering instability were indicated.
