摘要
轿车的尾灯与周边零部件的匹配尺寸是决定轿车感知质量的重要静态特征。为了提高轿车尾灯区域零件的匹配质量,通过有限元的方法对轿车尾灯区域进行了建模分析,对尾灯区域进行了有限元模型的简化,根据实际情况对尾灯区域各零件进行了材料属性的定义及有限元网格的划分,对尾灯区域各零件研究了轿车尾灯区域螺母装配过程中的装配力和装配顺序引起的装配偏差规律,并通过实验研究验证了仿真结果的准确性,为提高尾灯区域零件的匹配质量提供了参考。
The matching quality of car taillight In order to improve the matching quality of the car area is a key criterion of the car appearance quality. taillight area,a model of the car taillight based on FEA method is employed to analyze deviation of car taillight.And the FEA model of car taillight area is simplified.Meanwhile the material of each component is defined based on field research and mesh division is done by the FEA.In addition the deviation pattern of the car taillight area caused by the assembly force and the assembly sequence are studied.And experiment is conducted to testify the properness of the simulation resuit,which provides some useful references for improving the matching quality of the car taillight area.
