小型外固定架结合克氏针治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折 被引量：8

摘要 桡骨远端骨折是常见的骨折之一，约占急诊骨科患者的17％，随着社会的进步和发展，由高能量暴力伤所致的桡骨远端不稳定骨折越来越常见。2008年3月至2010年lO月，我们应用小型AO／AISF外固定架结合克氏针经皮固定治疗桡骨远端不稳定骨折28例，取得了良好的效果。
