摘要
目的:研究不同恶性肿瘤干细胞标记物CD34在鼻咽癌的表达和临床意义。方法:通过纤维鼻咽镜取30例鼻咽癌组织和10例声带息肉,免疫组织化学方法检测各组织中CD34的表达结果。结果:在鼻咽癌组织和声带息肉组织中均表达CD34;而且鼻咽癌组织中CD34的表达高于声带息肉组织(P<0.05)。对鼻咽癌组织的CD34和病理类型、性别以及年龄之间的关系进行分析,发现CD34表达与病理分型有统计学意义,在非角化性分化型和未分化型之间具有差异,分化型表达高于未分化型,P<0.05;而其余关系则无统计学意义。CD34与N分期的关系有统计学意义;CD34与临床分期、T分期之间无联系,P>0.05。结论:鼻咽癌肿瘤组织中CD34的表达高于声带息肉组织;CD34表达与鼻咽癌的病理分型相关,非角化分化型的表达高于非角化未分化型。CD34与N分期相关;不同恶性肿瘤干细胞标记物CD34可能与鼻咽癌肿瘤干细胞有关。
Objective：To investigate the expression and the significance of different cancer stem cell markers CD34 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma cells.Methods： To detect the expression of CD34 in 30 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and 10 cases of vocal cord polyp,by immunohistochemistry.Results： CD34 expressed in nasopharyngeal carcinoma and vocal cord polyp tissue;and the expression of CD34 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was higher than the organization of vocal cord polyp P〈0.05.The relationship between the expression of CD34 and the pathological type was statistically significant.The expression of differentiated type is higher than undifferentiated type,P〈0.05.The relationship between the expression of CD34 and N phases was statistical significant,P〈0.05;the relationship between the expression of CD34 and clinical stage and T stage was not statistical significant,P〈0.05.The expression of CD34 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was higher than in polyp of vocal cord;the expression of CD34 and the pathological type of nasopharyngeal carcinoma is related,the expression of non-keratinized differentiated type was higher than non-keratinized undifferentiated type.Conclusion： The expression of CD34 was associated with N stage,the expression of CD34 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma was associated with short-term efficacy;CD34 may be a marker of cancer stem cells in nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
