摘要
目的探讨益气活血方对冠心病患者血清C-反应蛋白(CRP)、血浆凝血因子(FIB)水平的影响。方法选择冠心病(CHD)患者80例随机分为中西医结合治疗组45例及西药组35例,检测各组治疗前后血液中CRP、FIB水平。结果 2组治疗前CRP和FIB水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);与治疗前比较,2组患者治疗后血清CRP、FIB水平明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比较,治疗组患者治疗后CRP、FIB水平显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论益气活血方可有效降低冠心病患者血清CRP、FIB水平。
Objective To investigate the effects of Yiqi Huoxue decoction on CRP and FIB in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 80 patients with coronary heart disease were randomized to 2 groups,45 patients in treatment group were treated with the integrated Chinese and Western medicine and 35 patients in control group with western medicine.CRP,FIB were evaluated before and after treatments.Results The differences of CRP and FIB volumes before treatment were not significant（P0.05）;CRP and FIB volume after treatments were both decreased in two groups（P0.01）;compared with control group,CRP and FIB in treatment group were significant decrease（P0.05）.Conclusion Yiqi Huoxue decoction is effective to reduce the levels of serum CRP and FIB in patients with coronary heart disease.
