摘要
本文全面讨论了黑格尔法哲学中的意志概念,对意志及其相关概念做了辨析,指出了黑格尔法哲学的意志概念内涵在于理性与普遍性。本文还概要梳理了意志概念的理论渊源,指出黑格尔意志概念的历史地位,在于既是近代自由理论的总结,又是对近代自由理论的超越。
This dissertation makes a full discussion on the concept of will in HegeFs philosophy of law, and discriminates the will from its relevant concepts. The paper points out that the deep meaning of the will in Hegels philosophy of law lies in the reason and universality. It studies the theoretical origins of the concept and points out that its historical role not only rests with the summary of modern liberal theories, but also the transcendence of them.
