摘要
孔子崇尚的理想人格,是现实生活中的"君子"而非超凡脱俗的"圣人"。以孔子为代表的儒家理想人格的主要内容包括"仁、知、勇"的君子之道、"重义轻利"的价值取向和"齐家、治国、平天下"的社会责任。儒家理想人格包含着人的全面发展的深刻意蕴,符合新时期道德建设的基本要义,对促进当代大学生全面发展、塑造理想人格具有借鉴意义。文章从更新德育观念,尊重学生的主体性;培养道德情感,激励学生自我教育;正视个体差异,德育、"心育"相结合;协调社会利益,促进人的全面发展等方面提出大学生理想人格塑造、实现全面发展的具体路径。
The ideal personality advocated by Confucian is the gentlemen in real life not the sages free from vulgarity.The main contents of Confucian ideal personality represented by Confucius include the liberal arts of benevolence,knowledge and bravery,the value orientation of valuing justice above material gains and the social duty of preserving peace and order.The Confucian ideal personality containing the deep implication of man＇s all-round development essentially formalizes the demand for the moral construction in new era,which is significant for molding the ideal personality.The paper puts forward the concrete ways to mold the college students＇ ideal personality and accomplish the all-round development in the areas of renewing the concept of moral education to respect students＇ subjectivity;cultivating moral feeling to encourage students＇ self education;facing individual differences to conbine moral education with psychological education;harmonizing social interests to promote man＇s all-round development.
