摘要
                
                    目的:为了探讨多抗甲素PAA与IL2 对骨髓移植(BMT) 小鼠免疫功能重建的影响。方法:用致死量照射的Balbc小鼠移植同系小鼠骨髓细胞后, 分别给予PAA、IL2 或PAA+IL2,30 d 后检查3 组BMT小鼠免疫功能重建的情况。结果:BMT后30 d,自然恢复小鼠免疫功能十分低下,但PAA及IL2 用药鼠脾细胞对丝裂原反应, 对SRBC特异的PFC数, 对同种异型小鼠脾细胞DTH 及MLR均明显高于移植对照组, 同时IL2 的产生能力也明显增强, 而PAA+IL2 组作用又明显强于PAA 及IL2 单独用药组。结论:PAA及IL2 均能单独从多方面促进BMT后免疫功能重建,PAA+ IL2 则从多方面表现出一定的协同效应。
                
                Objective:Toexplorethe effectofPAAandIL  2 enhancedimmunoconstitution ofthelethallyirradiated micefollowingsynge    neic bone marrowtransplantation. Methods:Thelethallyirradiated Balbc mice were engrafted withsyngeneic bone marrow cells,then were  injected with PAAorIL  2 orPAA+IL  2,for7 days.Onthethirtieth day afterBMT,Theauthorsdetectedtheimmunologicalfunction ofBMT  mice.Results:Onthethirtieth day after BMT,theimmunologicalfunctions ofthe BMTmice wereseriously deficient,buttherecovery ofthe  immunologicfunctionssuch as proliferation ofsplenocytesto ConAand mixedlymphocytereactionto allogeneiccell,the DTHresponsibilityto  C57BLCcells,anti  SRBCPFCandthe productionofIL  2 bythesplenocytesinthe micethattreatedsingle with PAAorIL  2 postBMTwere  markedly enhancedthanthatofBMTmice,andtherecovery ofimmunologicfunctionswere markedlyacceleratedinthe BMTmicetreated with  PAAplusIL  2,when compared withthatofthe BMTmiceinjected with PAAorIL  2 alone.Conclusion:PAAandIL  2 can markedly en    hancedimmunoconstitution ofBMTmice when be used alone,furthermore,whilethetwodrugs wereappliedsimutaneously ,thecoordinaterole  willbeshown.
