摘要
针对太阳能玻璃管定长切断的工艺要求,开发研制了一种基于单片机控制的太阳能玻璃管自动环切装置。该装置采用一只气缸作为直线往复运动的执行元件,选用步进电动机作为环切刀的驱动器件,应用电磁铁作为对玻璃管的夹持和玻璃刀的定位。控制系统留有低层的信号接口,能很好地与现有玻璃管生产线组合使用。该玻璃管自动环切装置可广泛应用在不同直径的玻璃管定长切断中,效果很理想。
Aimed to the fixed long cutting off for the solar energy tube, an automatic ring cutting off equipment has been made. One pneumatic cylinder is used as the performance device of straight line back and forth movement and a step-motor is used as the driving device of the ring cutting tool, three pieces of electromagnet are used as the device of cliping hold to glass tube as well as fixing position to the glass cutting tool. There are signal interfaces in the control system so that it can be applied in the glass production line convieniently. This equipment can be widely used for the ring cutting off for the variety of diameter tubes. The applications of the equipment show the effect is ideal.
