摘要
                
                    为使网、省、市县各级供电公司的电量预测值保持一致性,文章以各市县公司用电量的比重为控制变量,建立了一种电量分配模型。该模型可以在保证用电量比重满足设定约束的条件下使优化后各分区的用电量尽可能地接近各市县公司给出的预测值。为求解该模型,提出了一种梯度投影法,该法以目标函数的梯度为搜索方向,并通过投影的方法保证修正后的控制变量在其限定的约束范围之内,较为圆满地解决了各分区用电量的分配问题。
                
                In order to make the value of power consumption forecasted by grid company,province company and city and county company consistency,a electricity distribution model,which take the electricity weights of each city and county company as control variables,is presented.The results optimized by the model can approach the value estimated by individual county and city companies as much as possible while satisfying the weight constraint established by their parent company.A gradient project algorithm is proposed for solving the model.The algorithm takes the gradient as the search direction and keeps the control variable within the restricted range by project method,which can settle the problem of electricity distribution satisfactorily.
