本文概述了医院门诊药房开设合理用药咨询窗口的重要性和必要性， 并提出加强药师素质培养以及开展药物咨询的设想和建议。
The importance and necessity of setting up advice window for drug rational using in hospital outpatient pharmacy is described in this paper. The suggestions are offered for the enhancing of the pharmacist quality and carrying out advice for drug using.
