摘要
采用机械球磨法制备黄铁矿(FeS2)粉末。为了提高黄铁矿的电化学性能,对材料进行了热处理。研究了不同热处理温度对黄铁矿的表观密度和二硫化铁含量的影响。利用X射线衍射(XRD)仪、扫描电镜(SEM)和充放电测试仪对材料进行了结构表征和电化学性能测试。实验结果表明,随着热处理温度的升高,白铁矿晶相逐渐消失,当温度高于200℃时,只有单一的黄铁矿晶相。经过400℃热处理的黄铁矿制作成的电池,分别以0.2、0.5、3 mA/cm2电流密度放电,其放电比容量分别为450、500、670 mA.h/g。
Mechanical ball milling method was used to prepare pyrite (FeS2) powder, and then heat-treatment was taken to improve the electrochemical performance of FeS2. Influences of different heat-treatment temperatures on bulk density and FeS2 content of the products were investigated. Structure of the prepared FeS2 was characterized by XRD and SEM and its electrochemical performance was tested by charge-discharge tester. Results showed that with raising of temperature the marcasite phase faded away gradually; it had only pyrite phase above 200 ℃ ; after heat-treatment at 400 ℃, the electrochemical performance test showed that the discharge capacities were 450,500,670 mA · h/g under current density of 0.2,0.5, 3 mA/cm2, respectively.
