血清幽门螺杆菌抗体的检测 被引量：3

摘要 目的通过对幽门螺杆菌(HP)血清学检测的分析,总结血清幽门螺杆菌抗体检测的临床优势。方法回顾性分析,2008年1月至2010年1月我院诊治的108例幽门螺杆菌感染患者,临床采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELIsA)来检测幽门螺杆菌的感染情况。结果 78人HP-IgG抗体阳性,阳性率72.2%,正常对照108人,阳性8人,阳性率7%。经统计学检验,二者有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论血清幽门螺杆菌抗体的检测可以准确、安全的检验幽门螺杆菌感染情况。
