摘要
目的:观察痰热清联合胸腺肽治疗小儿手足口病的临床疗效。方法:将144例小儿手足口病患者随机分成对照组和治疗组,对照组给予痰热清0.3～0.5ml/(kg.d)静脉滴注;治疗组用痰热清的基础上加用胸腺肽1～2mg/(kg.d)静脉滴注,疗程3～5d。结果:治疗组退热时间、手足疱疹消退时间、口腔疱疹消退时间的观察,均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:痰热清注射液联合胸腺肽治疗小儿手足口病具有明显的抗病毒、退热以及改善症状,缩短疗程等优势,效果明显。
Objective：To observe Tanreqing thymopolypeptides treatment of HFMD in clinical efficacy.Methods：144 cases of HFMD patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,control group was given Tanreqing 0.3-0.5 ml/（kg·d） intravenous infusion;Tanreqing treatment group based on the use of thymopolypeptides 1-2 mg/（kg·d） intravenous drip treatment 3-5 d.Results：The cooling time,fade time of hand-foot-herpes,oral herpes subsided time of observation,compared between the treatment group and the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P0.01）.Conclusion：Tanreqing injection and treatment thymopolypeptides treatment of HFMD has obvious anti-virus,fever and to improve symptoms and shorten the course of treatment,with obvious effect.
