摘要
目的:探讨心脑宁治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效。方法:将220例冠心病稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为治疗组160例和对照组60例。对照组用硝酸异山梨酯与阿司匹林等常规治疗,治疗组在上述常规治疗同时加用心脑宁胶囊,每次1.35 g,每日3次,疗程为8周,用药前后观察自觉症状、心绞痛发作、心电图等指标。结果:治疗组患者自觉症状好转,其心绞痛缓解总有效率为93.1%,优于对照组(66.7%),差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:心脑宁是治疗冠心病稳定型心绞痛明确有效的药物。
Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of Xinnaoning Capsule in the treatment of coronary heart diseases（CHD） of patients.Methods： 220 CHD patients were divided into two groups.The control group received conventional hypoglycemia therapy and coronary vasodilator only,while the treatment group received conventional therapy plus Xinnaoning Capsule 1.35 g three times per day for 8 weeks.The clinical symptoms,angina stenosis,electrocardiogram and glucose were observed before and after treatment.Results： Compared with the control group,the treatment group had a much better improvement in clinical symptoms,the total effective rate of cardiovascular event release was 93.1%,superior to the control group（66.7%）（P0.01）.Conclusion： Xinnaoning Capsule has a good therapeutic efficacy for coronary heart diseases of patients.
