摘要
本文提出了双液法锆冻胶堵水剂在两反应液相遇前的堵水机理——积累膜堵水机理。研究了无机锆对硅酸盐表面(积累膜形成的基面)带电符号的影响及它与聚丙烯酰胺交替处理硅酸盐表面时积累膜的形成。在模拟试验中,这种积累膜的形成引起了砂柱渗透率的逐渐减小。
The built-up film of zirconium gel on surfaces of sandstone reservoir is considered by the authors of this paper as a factor contributing to watershutoff in double fluid processes before meeting of two reactive fluids.In aqueous solution inorganic zirconium compound ZrOCl_2 gives polynucleic hydroxy-bridged complex ions of zirconium,which can change the electricity sign of the silicate surface treated and be adsorbed on this surface as a thin layer.On this layer PAM and inorganic zirconium compound can form multiple complex layers alternately when the surface is further treated by solutions of PAM and ZrOCl_2 one after the other.The building-up of such layers (films) is demostrated and proved experimentally, in particular,through measurements of the built-up film thickness on silicate glass surfaces. In the simulating test the permeability of a sand column is gradually reduced and finally vanishes as ZrOCl_2 and PAM solutions flow through the column alternately several times.
