摘要
通过控制反应物C60以及肌肽的量,合成了三种水溶性C60-肌肽衍生物。采用红外、紫外、核磁共振、元素分析等手段对其结构进行了表征;同时考察了它们对超氧阴离子自由基、羟基自由基的清除能力、还原能力及金属螯合能力。结果表明:随着反应物中肌肽含量的增多,制得C60-肌肽衍生物的抗氧化能力增强,这可能与-NH基的供电效应有关。
Three water-soluble carnosine C60 derivatives were synthesized by controlling the reaction ratio of C60 and carnosine. The products were characterized by FT-IR, UV, IH NMR and elemental analysis; meanwhile, theirs scavenging ability, reducing power and metallic chelating ability on free superoxide anion radical and free hydroxyl radical were studied. The results showed that the oxidation resistance of carnosine C60 derivatives increased with increasing carnosine content in reaction, which might relate to the electron donating effect of-NH groups.
