摘要
采用三元微电解—Fenton试剂氧化法处理COD为60~90 mg/L的石化废水。三元微电解工艺最优条件为:m(铝屑)∶m(铁屑)∶m(活性碳)=1∶2∶2,废水初始pH 4~5,微电解时间45 min。Fenton试剂氧化工艺最优条件为:H2O2加入量0.6 mL/L,废水pH 4,氧化时间30 min。在此条件下,石化废水最终出水COD小于30 mg/L,总COD去除率达到71.0%以上。
Petrochemical wastewater with 60 -90 mg/L of COD was treated by microelectrolysis-Fenton reagent oxidation process. The optimum conditions for ternary ternary microelectrolysis are as follows: m (A1) : m (Fe) : m (C) = 1 : 2 : 2, initial wastewater pH 4 -5, microelectrolysis time 45 min. The optimum conditions for Fenton reagent oxidation are as follows: H2O2 dosage 0.6 mL/L, wastewater pH 4, oxidation time 30 rain. Under these conditions, COD of the final effluent is less than 30 mg/L, and the total COD removal rate is above 71.0%.
