摘要
CT2-7是针对胜利油田污水水质特点而研制的注水系统缓蚀剂。它是以有机胺盐和有机胺为基础组份,并配以增效的附加剂而制成的复合缓蚀剂。经室内评价和现场工业试验表明,该缓蚀剂及其综合配方能有效地抑制均匀腐蚀,并以抑制点蚀的效果尤为突出,其腐蚀速率和点蚀速率分别小于0.076mm/a 和0.456mm/a。且具有水分散性好、乳化倾向小、能与多种化学药剂配伍使用、无腐蚀、低毒、使用方便等特点。是一种新型的油田注水系统缓蚀剂。该项目获1988年中国石油天然气总公司科学技术进步三等奖。
Indoor evaluation and on-site industrial test show that the corrosion inhibitor and its composite prescription can effectively restrain even corrosion.Especially on dot corrosion better result can be obtained.The corrosion and dot corrosion rate are respectively less than 0.076mm/a and 0.456mm/a.It is good in water dispersion,low in emulsion tendency and can be compatible with various chemicals.The inhibitor is not corrosive,low in poison and easy in operation.
