异种脱细胞真皮基质预防腮腺肿瘤术后味觉出汗综合征16例分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨异种脱细胞真皮基质预防味觉出汗综合征的效果。方法:将腮腺良性肿瘤行腮腺部分切除术38例分成观察组16例和对照组22例,在观察组中将异种脱细胞真皮基质覆盖手术创面,对照组则直接缝合。术后1年随访,采用碘-淀粉试验检测是否有味觉出汗阳性体征。结果:观察组碘-淀粉试验阳性1例(6.25%),对照组7例(31.81%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:异种脱细胞真皮基质能有效预防味觉出汗综合征发生。
