摘要
采用热水浸提法进行正交试验,分析、确定茶黄素的最佳提取工艺为:95℃,35 min,料液比1∶40。通过红外光谱、紫外-可见光吸收曲线分析其结构和性能,并将其应用于毛织物上,通过染色赋予织物抗紫外、抗菌性能。测试结果表明:经染色的织物具有良好的抗菌、抗紫外效果,织物具备了保健功能。各项色牢度均达到3~4级。
The process of leaching was studied by orthogonal experiments,through a series of experiments.The results showed that the best leaching condition was 95 degrees,35 min,ratio 1∶40.Using infrared spectrum and ultraviolet-visible spectrum analysised the structure,dyed fabrics followed.Test results showed the washing color fastness,perspiration color fastness,rubbing color fastness rank were 3~4,anti-bacterial and anti-ultraviolet performance of dyed fabrcs were significant.Fabrics possessed health-care function.
