摘要
2011年2月白宫发布的《美国创新战略——确保我们的经济增长和繁荣》详细说明美国如何通过创新促进长期经济增长和确保未来的繁荣。本文着重从学习借鉴的角度,介绍了报告的主要框架和基本内容,并重点评析了美国创新战略的特色,提出中国建设创新型国家的政策建议。
The White House released the American Innovation Strategy Report 2011, which is named A Straregy for American Innovation Securing Our Economic Growth and Prosperity in february 2011. The report details how the United States will promote long-term economic growth and ensure America＇s future prosperity through innovation. In order to learn from the advanced economy, the article introduces the main framework and basic content of the report, then summarizes its key characteristics, and finally puts forward some policy recommendations in the context of building the innovation-oriented country in China.
