微/纳米WC复合涂层析出相对硬度和耐磨性的影响 被引量:1

Influence of Precipitated Phase on Hardness and Wear Performance of Micro-nano Meter WC Composite Coating

摘要 通过激光熔覆在45钢表面制备出过饱和的WC增强Ni基复合涂层。对制备的复合涂层进行磨损试验,后采用MX2600FE场发射扫描电镜观察涂层磨损表面组织,发现涂层中产生了原始组织中不存在的析出颗粒。通过HV-1000型显微硬度仪和磨损试验设备研究了析出颗粒对涂层硬度和耐磨性的影响。结果表明:相同成分配比的复合涂层其产生的析出相能提高涂层的硬度,也能改善涂层的耐磨性能。 The composite coating on the surfaces of 45 steel was prepared by Ni alloy and nanometer WC powder through laser cladding.Original structure of the coating and abrasive appearance of the coating were analyzed by field emission scanning electron microscope.The dry-wear test was carried on MM-200 wear tester.The results show that the precipitated phase is found in the coating.The appearance of the precipitated phase looks like white globular grains,and the grain size is in a range of tens to hundreds of nanometers.The precipitated phases play a dispersion-strengthening role,which results in the hardness increase and the wear performance improvement of the coatings.
