摘要
星载转动部件的角动量输出测量是卫星姿态控制系统设计的必要环节,该文介绍了一种利用单轴气浮平台测量转动部件角动量输出的系统和方法。通过对系统转动惯量和角速度的测量,得到转动部件输出角动量的大小及变化,最后以实例形式给出测试步骤、数据处理方法、测试结果及精度分析。与直接测量法相比,该方法测试设备简单,测量精度高,测量误差小于5%,尤其对具有多转动单元、多自由度转动部件的耦合测量优势明显,具有较高的工程应用价值。
Measuring the angle momentum output of satellite-based rotary is essential for the design of satellite attitude control system.A system and measurement method for angle momentum output of rotary based on one-axis air bearing test-bed was presented in this paper.Based on the measurement of rotary inertia and angular velocity,it got the angle momentum output of rotary.Finally,Examples were given to show testing procedures,date processing way,testing result and accuracy analysis.Compared with the direct measuring method,this method is simple with higher accuracy,and its measurement error can be less than 5%.Especially,It has the advantages of coupling effect of multi-rotary assembly with multi-freedom.Thus,the method has a great value in engineering application.
