摘要
IC是为了满足用户对空间、资源和服务的需求而出现的一站式信息服务环境和模式。Lib2.0是将Web2.0理念与技术应用于图书馆服务的一种以用户需求为中心的服务方式,它们代表着图书馆发展的新潮流。介绍了IC的概念、构成和特点,阐述了Lib2.0的基本理念与实现途径,并探讨了新环境下图书馆的机遇和挑战。
The emergence of IC, being as a one-stop information service environment and mode, is to meet users’ needs for space, resources and services. And Lib2.0, which is a service mode centered on users’demands, applies Web2.0 concept and technology into library’s service. Both IC and Web2.0 represent the new development trend of the library. This paper introduces the concept, constitute and characteristics of IC, expounds the basic ideas and implementing paths of Lib2.0, and probes into the challenges and opportunities of the library in the new environment.
