健美操课程学生实践能力培养研究

The Research of the Aerobics Curriculum Teaching Model on the Cultivation of Students' Practical Capacity Development

摘要 根据课程教学论原理,结合健美操课程特点,确立了以"素质教育与能力培养"并重,"传授知识与健身教育"并举的健美操课程教学理念为核心,建立了"素质教育+能力培养"的健美操课程双轨教学方式。以双轨教学方式为基础,实行了"技能教学+能力训练"强能力、"课后作业+课上综合评分"综合监控、"技能考核+能力评定"综合考试3个教学方式。同时,进行了分组教学实验,结果显示,实验班与对照班有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),实验班教学效果显著,通过对健美操课程教学实施控制,能有效地提高学生的健美操综合能力。 According to the teaching theory, the paper uses the structural element of teaching model and combines the characteristics of the aerobics curriculum to establish the aerobics curriculum teaching philosophy which lays equal stress on quality Education and capacity development and develops simultaneously with impart knowledge and body building education. It uses the teaching philosophy as the core to build the two--way aerobics curriculum teaching model with the quality education and the capacity development. It also uses the two--way teaching model as the base to build the sub powerful capacity teaching model of teaching skills and ability training; the comprehensive monitoring teaching model of homework and comprehensive grade in class; the comprehensive test model of skill appraisal and ca- pacity assessment. At the same time, it uses the teaching model which has been built to do the grouping teaching ex- periment. The result is that the experimental class and the contrast class have the distinct differences--P〈O. 01. Through controlling the teaching model and the teaching exercise of the aerobics curriculum, the experimental class teaching has the effective affection which can improve the students ' comprehensive capacity of aerobics
