基于联萘酚的手性冠醚的合成及其晶体结构 被引量:4

Synthesis of chiral crown ethers based on binaphthol and their crystal structure

摘要 以R-或S-联萘酚、2,2′-联苯酚、间苯二酚、氯腈胺为原料合成了六个手性冠醚,所得冠醚的结构均经元素分析、质谱、红外光谱以及核磁共振氢谱和碳谱验证;并利用X射线衍射分析确定了单晶R-3的晶体结构.结果表明,合成产物属于单斜晶系,P2(1)/n空间群,晶胞参数为:a=1.181 8(2)nm,b=0.794 38(15)nm,c=1.488 9(3)nm,β=94.263°,Z=2,Dc=1.490g.cm-3,F(000)=644. Six chiral crown ethers were synthesized with R-or S-binaphthol,2,2′-biphenol,resorcinol,and cyanoamine chloride as starting materials.As-synthesized compounds were characterized by means of elemental analysis,mass spectrometry(MS),infrared spectrometry,and nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy(1H and 13C NMR).Moreover,the crystal structure of single crystal R-3 was determined based on X-ray diffraction analysis.Results show that as-synthesized compound belongs to monoclinic system of P2(1)/n space group,with cell parameters being a = 1.181 8(2) nm,b = 0.794 38(15) nm,c = 1.488 9(3) nm,β = 94.263°,Z = 2,Dc = 1.490 g/cm-3,and F(000)= 644.
