摘要
给出的运载火箭动特性有限元模型修正方法,用于指导火箭动特性有限元建模和修正工作。在模型修正过程中应用了动特性专业的最新研究成果,包括卫星支架/转接框局部连接刚度不连续的处理方法、应用耦合质量单元CONM1考虑贮箱中液体对横向和纵向特性的不同影响等。应用此方法修正后的火箭有限元模型,理论计算结果与地面模态试验结果有较好的一致性,经验证可满足工程需要。
The dynamics finite element method(FEM) model updating technique of launch vehicle is introduced, and can be used for FEM modeling and updating of launch vehicle. Some new research theories of dynamics are applied, including simulation method of local discontinuity which connects satellite adapter and frame, different effects of liquid propellant on dynamic character in lateral and longitudinal directions, using coupled mass element CONM1. It shows that the dynamic calculation results of FEM model based on updating technique is consistent with the modal experimental results, and it proves that the updating technique of launch vehicle can meet the engineering demand.
