摘要
以高血压性脑出血颅骨钻孔血肿抽吸疗法和单纯药物疗法各30例进行疗效对比分析。结果颅骨钴孔血肿抽吸疗法有效率明显高于药物疗法(P<0.05)。并对血肿抽吸疗法的操作方法、适应症、禁忌症及注意事项等加以说明。
Sixty patients suffered from hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage were divided randomizely into two groups, each contained 30 patients. One group other with operation of the intracerebral hematoma by punched paracentesis. The result showed that the effect of the punched paracentesis group was more beter than that of the traditional medicinal method group (p<0.05) . In the article the manipulation of punched paracentesis and its indication, contraindication and warnings ete were discussed.
