摘要
本文综合论述灰砂砖生产中砂子颗粒级配的影响、要求和重要作用以及应当进行控制的工艺环节和措施。将分级砂配成具有理想颗粒级配的混合砂,就有可能生产高质量的灰砂砖,使灰砂砖也能象混凝土生产那样目标明确地应用固定配合比生产具有已知性能的产品。
The paper describes influence, importance and requirements of sand grain composition and its control methods in the sand-lime brick production. Author believes that top quality of sand-lime bricks can be manufactured if using optimum sands grade with each size particles and it is possible to obtain expected sand-lime bricks like producing concrete products by use of established proportions.
