摘要
本课题是对大麻茎不同节间纤维的分布、发生发育规律的解剖学研究。大麻茎中部节间(4～12节)分布有大量的初生韧皮纤维,是构成纤维产量的主要部分。茎中的木质部外初生纤维细胞起源于韧皮部,是初生韧皮纤维,它们成束存在,呈一不连续的环分布于皮层内侧,与周围的组织形成明显的界限。
The question for study or discussion is the anatomical subject on the rule of distribution ,production and development of fibre between the nodes of the hemp. There are a lots of primary bast fibre distribution, which is the important factor-part of forming yield of fibre in stem of hemp, between medial noodes (from 4th to 12th node) .The cells that. form primary fibre outside xylem in stem of hemp originate in the bast, it is the primry bast fibres, they exist as a bundle. they distribute in inside the cortex as an in-fermitent ring, and form an obvious demarcation line against surrounding tissues.
