摘要
本文报道用环磷酰胺治疗33例流行性乙型脑炎。第一日3～6mg/kg(最大量≤200mg),稀释后静注,第二、三日各用第一日用量之半,共用3日。结果该组病例平均发热天数(±s)6.82±2.56,平均意识障碍天数10.07±2.32,1例死亡。与常规治疗组相比,病程缩短(P<0.01),死亡率下降(P<0.05)。
33 cases of epidemic encephalitis B were treated with cyclophosphamide. 3～6mg/kg cyclophosphamide (maximum 200mg) was injected intravenously on the first day. Half of the first day s dosage was used on the next two days. Their average fever time was 6. 82±2. 56 days. The average unconscience time was 10. 07±2. 32 days. Only one died. The results showed cyclophosphamide therapy brought forth a shorter course of disease (P<0. 01) and a lower mortality rate (P<0. 05) than rountine therapy.
