摘要
以尿素、乙酰丙酮为原料,在室温盐酸存在下进行环合,得2-羟基-4,6-二甲基嘧啶盐酸盐,经~1H-NMR、IR、UV鉴定其结构与文献报道一致。并对反应条件进行了优化。
