摘要
从一种非洲的药用植物分离提取出两种有抗菌活性的比学成份，经化学及光谱分析（ＦＡＢ－ＭＳ，１３Ｃ—ＮＭＲ，１Ｈ—ＮＭＲ，ＣＯＳＹ和ＤＥＰＴ等核磁光谱技术），证实其结构为氧前胡素和它的二羟基同系物，抗菌实验表明均有抗菌活性。
Two antifungal comPOnents have been isolated from the aerial parts of Diplolophium buchananiiwhich that were collcted in south Africa. Their molecular structures are elucidated as oxypeuced annin and oxypeucedannin hydrate by spectral means (FAB-MS, 13 C - NMR,1H - NMR, COSY and DEPT NMRtechniques). The antifungal activity test is carried out by a simple way.
