该项研究的实施方案强调实干、真干和适当超前,研究的目标是建立鞍山市城市综合防灾智能辅助决策系统,为发展建设和减轻灾害服务。
The research object of the item is to establish an intelligence aided decision-making system for urban comprehensive disaster-prevention in Anshan city and to serve its developing construction and mitigating disasters. It is emphasized on combine true state of the city with suitable surpass existing levels in implementation plan of the item research.
