摘要
观察４７例再生障碍性贫血（ＡＡ）骨髓活检组织病理学改变的结果，显示出再障急慢二型的病理学特征。再障造血组织面积显著减少，被脂肪组织所代替，间质发生严重病变。ＡＡＡ组骨髓病变明显于ＣＡＡ组，ＡＡＡ组间质病变广泛而显著，支持该型骨髓微环境受损更严重的观点。提示活检切片不仅能正确估计造血主质与脂肪组织的病理改变，且能准确观察骨髓间质变化。
