摘要
介绍和分析了国内外大坝安全监测技术的现状和发展趋势，在此基础上，提出了本监测网络的设计方案，对设计方案做了总体概述．对该监测网络深入的技术研究报道将在后文进行．本监测网络已在工程实际中通过试运行，各项技术指标达到了设计要求．
his paper introduces and analyses the present condition and develop trend of dam safety monitoring of domestic and foreign, and a design scheme of a monitoring network is put forward, and make a general outline for the design scheme. The detailed research report of the monitoring network will be introduced in the next issue. The system has passed its field test, and every technology target has been reached design requirement.
