摘要
216只成年黑线姬鼠脏器指数测定结果表明,心脏、肝脏、脑、肾脏、肺、脾脏及肾上腺的脏器指数(x±SD)较恒定,分别为0.07±0.01,0.50±0,11,0.29±0.09.0.14±0.03,0.09±0.02,0.03±0.01g/10gBW和15.4±5.9mg/10gBW,胸腺和生殖器官(卵巢、睾丸)的脏器指数差异较大。
The visceral organs indexes of the 216 adult stripped mice have been determined. This paper presents thefollowing results: The indexes of the visceral organs -- heart, liver, brain, kidney, lung, spleen and adrenalgland are more constant. The numbers (x±SD ) are 0.07±0. 01, 0. 50±0. 11, 0. 29±0. 09, 0. 14±0. 03,0. 09±0. 02, 0. 03±0. 01 g/ 10g BW and 15. 4±5. 9 mg/10g BW respectively. The indexes of the visceralorgans -- thymus and reproductive gonad (ovary, testis) are variable.
