摘要
Based on the discussion of functions, components, control structure and network computing architecture of generic shop floor control (GSFC) in computer integrated manufacturing system (CIMS), the internal integration between components of GSFC and the external integration between GSFC and the other components of CIMS are studied. The integration models on the aspects of function, information, processing and interface are put forward. The integration models and the methods are implemented and applied in CIMS projects successfully.
在讨论CIMS通用车间控制器(GSFC)的功能、组成、控制结构和网络计算模式的基础上,就GSFC的各组成部分间的内部集成和GSFC与CIMS的其他组成部分间的外部集成问题进行了深入研究,建立了功能集成、信息集成、过程集成及有关接口的模型。该集成模型与集成方法已实现并成功地应用于国家CIMS应用工程。
