摘要
本文采用荧光分光光度计对暗纹东方豚身体各部分毒素进行了测定,结果显示：野生、人工养殖及大运河中的暗纹东方豚及其雌雄个体之间含毒量存在差异;并且河豚毒素在高温下表现出不稳定性,利用这一点,在高温下对其肝脏进行加热,测定其残毒量。进一步探讨了安全食用暗纹东方豚的方法。
The authors have tested all parts of the oriental puffers with veiled lines with fluorescent spectromenter.The findings show the fifference of the poison between the wild and cultivated, and the male and femal puffers.They also have found the poison is unstead in high temperature.They have tested the rernaining poison in the livers which are heated, and try to further find a way to make the oriental puffers with veiled lines a safe disn.
