摘要
知识管理包含了企业为实现知识对于核心业务的有效支撑而实施的一切活动。企业知识管理应以核心业务活动为突破口,在区分不同类型不同特征的核心业务活动的基础上构造相应的知识管理模式。
Knowledge based management includes all the activities operated by enterprises in order to efficiently support the core business. The key of intellectual management is to take the core business as the breakthrough point to establish appropriate models and strategies for various kinds of business activities.
