摘要
第三代移动通信系统WCDMA是当前的研究热点 ,而信道编码又是其关键技术之一 .第三代WCDMA系统中信道编码在话音业务上继承了第二代系统的前向纠错 (FEC)卷积编码技术 ,同时为了支持高速数据、多媒体等多种业务的传输 ,信道编码方案要与业务复用、速率适配等其它技术综合考虑 .纠错技术中可能用到自动重发请求(ARQ) .FEC中采纳了纠错能力更强的RS串行级联码、Turbo码等先进的编码技术 ,特别是Turbo码在WCDMA的差错控制技术中起着重要的作用 .
The study of the 3 rd generation (3G) mobile telecommunications systems WCDMA is a hotspot nowadays,whereas channel coding is one of its key technologies.The 3G channel coding technology inherits the Forward Error Control (FEC) convolutional codes of 2G systems in voice services.Moreover,in order to carry various services such as high speed data and multimedia services,channel coding scheme must be considered synthetically with other technologies,i.e.service multiplexing and rate matching etc.Automatic Repeat Request (ARQ) might be used in error control technology.The FEC technologies adopt advanced codes including serial concatenated RS codes and Turbo codes,especially Turbo codes which play important roles in error control technology in WCDMA.
