摘要
伴随着知识经济的兴起 ,西方国家出现了知识资本理论。本文认为 ,知识资本理论在本质上是一种企业理论 ,并拓展了企业理论的思维空间。由此作者指出 ,知识资本理论能为我国企业管理提出如下重要启示 :(1)重视企业知识资本的管理 ;(2 )要把开拓人力资源作为企业管理的第一要务 ;(3)要着力培植结构性资本 ;(4)要实现企业组织结构由金字塔型向网格型转变 ;(5 )实行“能力工资制”
With the development of knowledge\|based economy, the theory of intellectual capital sprang up in the western countries. This article holds that the theory of intellectual capital is essentially a kind of enterprise theory, which broadens the theory of enterprises. The author points out that the theory of intellectual capital can provide the significant enlightenment for business management in our country from the following aspects:(1) to give emphasis on the management of intellectual capital in enterprises;(2) to consider the development of human resources as the most important issue in business management;(3) to make great effort to foster structural capitals;(4) to achieve the transformation of organizational structures from the pyramid\|typed to the network\|typed ones;(5) to put the ability\|based wage system into practice.
