摘要 研究了Cu 3Fe(质量分数 ,% )合金室温拉拔形成的组织与性能。结果表明随应变量增大 ,线材强度增加 ,而电阻率出现先增加 ,后又降低的现象。同时形变诱发与α(Cu)固溶体共格的γ Fe(Cu)转变为α Fe(Cu) ,促进了超细晶粒的形成。当应变值超过 3.8时 ,线材内部形成超细晶粒 ,SEM观察最细晶粒平均直径为 1 2 0nm ,X射线测定晶粒平均直径均小于 1 0 0nm。 Microstructures and properties of Cu Fe alloy wires drew at ambient temperature were investigated. The results show that the strength increased with increasing strain, the resistivisy first increased, but then decreased with increasing strain. During drawing, the particles of FCC γ Fe which has a good coherency with Cu matrix transform to α Fe (BCC) and produce stress in the maxtrix, therefore fine texture structures are cut apart by the stress, and ultrafine grains are obtained. The average diameter of ultrafine grain is determined to be 120 nm when the strain accumulates to the value of 8.3.
