摘要
以木麻黄12个半同胞家系为试验材料,在温室条件下对干旱胁迫时各家系的生理与生长指标进行数量遗传分析。结果表明,各生长指标的遗传变异系数、互作变异系数、重复率和互作率通常都大于生理指标。以6个生理指标及3个生长指标与木麻黄苗高进行逐步回归分析表明,在不同水分胁迫条件下影响家系苗高生长的主导因素不同。通过对木麻黄苗高和生物量与水分互作及稳定性分析,依据生产力、适应性和稳定性指标将12个参试家系划分为3类,田间试验结果与各家系的室内抗旱性表现基本一致。
With 12 half-sib families of Casuarina equisetifolia as the experimental materials,quantity genetic analysis of the major physiological and growth properties of the families were done in the green house under the condition of drought stress.The results show that genetic variation coefficient,interactive variation coefficient,repeatability and interactive ability of growth properties were all greater than physio- logical properties.The stepwise regression analysis between the properties and seedling height showed that the dominant factors affecting growth of seedling height are different under different conditions of water stress.By analysing the interaction between water and plant height as well as biomass and the variety sta- bility,the productivity,adaptivity and stability for each family are determined,and according to these three parameters the 12 families are divided into three categories.The field test results are similar with the performance of drought resistance of Casuarina families.
