摘要
国际上城市化的一般规律是城市化伴随工业化产生,由工业化推动并超前于工业化。在我国过去通过计划手段发展国民经济的情况下,城市化是在国家计划指导和控制下实现的。这 造成了我国城市化滞后、农村人口比重过高、城乡差距过大等情况,影响了我国目前城市化的推 进。
The general regular pattern of the metropolitanization in the world is that it had resulted from the industrialization, which in return pushed it forward, but China抯 metropolitanization has been realized under guidance and control of the state, which has made the process delay, theproportion of the rural population too high and the differences between town and country too big, affecting advance towards of China抯 metropolitanization at present.
