摘要
通过文献检索对云芝的化学成分及药理活性方面进行了综述。研究发现云芝含甾体类、三萜类、有机酸类、生物碱类、葡糖醇类、蛋白质类、糖类、糖肽类等29个化合物,还含胞外黏性物质(ECMM)、胃蛋白酶抑制剂、真菌激发子、铁黏合螯合剂、环肽、18种人体所需的氨基酸和维生素B1、B2、B6及铜、铁、钾、锌等10多种人体所需的活性微量元素等其他类化合物。云芝具有抗肿瘤、镇痛、治疗慢性乙型肝炎、降血脂和抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化、抗衰老、益气解毒、体外抗微生物活性等作用。
The article has carried on the summarization of chemical compositions and pharmacological activities of Coriolus versicolor through document retrieving.Present studies have found that Coriolus versicolor contains 29 compounds,such as steroids,triterpenes,organic acids,alkaloids,Glucitols,proteins,carbohydrates,glycopeptides.Scholars has also found Coriolus versicolor contains many other compounds：ECMM,pepsin inhibitor,Elicitor,iron,conglutinated chelating agents,cyclopeptides,18 kinds of essential amino acids,VB1,VB2,VB6 and 10 more human body′s essential activitied microelements.Coriolus versicolor has such pharmacological actions as anti-tumor,analgesia,treating Chronic Hepatitis B,norblood fat,antiatherosclerosis,antioxi-dation,antiaging,benefiting vital energy and antipyresis,antimicrobial activities in vitro.
