摘要
介绍了原位合成的特点,采用低廉的非金属资源长江泥沙作主原料,利用碳热还原氮化技术,设计和制备低成本生态SiAlON基材料.在制备O′-SiAlON/SiC时,分析了温度制度、烧结气氛等工艺因素对产物的影响.表明用长江沙碳热还原氮化原位合成O′-SiAlON/SiC时,最佳烧结温度为1 723 K,最佳N2流量为1L/min.
the characteristic of the in situ synthesis was introduced.The ecological materials of SiAlON was fabricated by CRD(Carbothermal reduction-nitridation) method using the cheap non-metal resource——The sand of Yangtze River as raw materials.The influences of t sintering temperature and atmosphere on productions were analyzed.The result indicated that the optimal sintering temperature was 1?723?K and the N_2 flux was 1?L/min.
